To secure your spot on a trip we require a non refundable initial deposit. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip start date.
Payment can be made through direct deposit into our US bank account, our Euro account or our Canadian account. We also have a Wise account which we’ve found to be the best way to pay for cross currency payments
We do accept credit card payments through Flywire. We charge a credit card fee of between 1.5% and 3% depending on the credit card used. We do not accept Amex credit card payments.
